This Privacy Policy explains how Wisinity LLC, a California limited liability company (“Wisinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit wisinity.ai (the “Site”) or contact us.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, message, and any attachments or other information included in your correspondence.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect it. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
- respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
- detect, investigate, and prevent misuse or security incidents;
- comply with law and protect our rights; and
- evaluate potential business relationships.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our infrastructure provider may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver traffic, maintain security, and prevent abuse. If we later add analytics, forms, accounts, or other features that materially change our data practices, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required by law.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- to service providers that host, secure, or support the Site, including Cloudflare;
- to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or prospective transaction partners when reasonably necessary;
- when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; or
- in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information and why it was collected.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Site may be operated using infrastructure in the United States and other countries, so information may be processed outside the country where you live.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. California residents may also have rights under California privacy law, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights.
To make a request, email info@wisinity.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
8. Children
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date above.
